Paul has more than 20 years of P&L management and consulting experience. He has an unwavering focus on the market drivers that attract customers to a business. Paul has a consistent history of increasing revenues, optimizing costs and building key strategic relationships to achieve and strengthen the corporate competitive position. He is an outstanding leader and motivator who communicates effectively and inspires confidence inside and outside the organization. He has advisory and management experience in numerous consulting engagements, both domestic and international, in the automotive, agricultural, paper, plastics, electronics, petrochemical and consumer industries worldwide.
Paul has a strong array of financial and account management skills backed by hands-on experience in P&L management and financial modeling. He is experienced in the development and implementation of asset management methodologies and work management techniques. Furthermore, Paul managed the development and implementation of both labor and supply chain controls in a variety of business environments.
Paul has successfully installed computerized Forecasting, Order Entry, MRP, Shop Floor Control, Kanban and Standard Cost Systems. He installed work measurement standard data systems utilizing pre-determined time methods (MTM, Work Factor, Most) and developed shop floor productivity reporting and incentive systems.

Paul holds an MBA from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology
